FK-5-1-12 liquid is one of the leading clean fire extinguishing agents used for fire fighting. The FK-5-1-12 gas fire extinguishing system can safely extinguish fires without damaging electronic equipment or machinery.
Working principle
NOVEC 1230 liquid is a liquid at room temperature because to its low toxicity and 49 degree Celsius boiling point. Fires are swiftly put out using NOVEC 1230—less than ten seconds. When there is a gas discharge control signal from the fire alarm and gas discharge control system, the solenoid valve will trigger the discharge of the cylinder, the pressure from the cylinder will open the zone selection valve (if any) and activate the NOVEC cylinders to discharge fire extinguishing gas through the piping system and nozzles.
