Ph\u1ea1m vi \u00e1p d\u1ee5ng<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ti\u00eau chu\u1ea9n n\u00e0y quy \u0111\u1ecbnh y\u00eau c\u1ea7u thi\u1ebft k\u1ebf, l\u1eafp \u0111\u1eb7t \u0111\u1ed1i v\u1edbi h\u1ec7 th\u1ed1ng b\u00e1o ch\u00e1y cho nh\u00e0, c\u00f4ng tr\u00ecnh.
