PC07 Hai Phong organizes the dissemination and implementation of newly issued legal documents in the field of fire prevention and fighting & rescue for businesses providing fire prevention and fighting services.

Nearly 200 businesses providing fire prevention and rescue services in Hai Phong attended the conference to disseminate and thoroughly understand newly issued legal documents in the field of fire prevention and rescue organized by PC07 Hai Phong.

On November 15, 2024, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department (PC07) of Hai Phong City Police held a conference to disseminate and disseminate newly issued legal documents in the field of fire prevention and rescue for businesses providing fire prevention and rescue services in Hai Phong. Colonel Hoang Van Binh - Head of the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department chaired the conference. Representatives of the Vietnam Fire Prevention and Rescue Association (VFRA) attending the conference included Vice President Bui Xuan Thai, Head of Training and Training Department Do Anh Tuan, Deputy Head of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Department Bui Van Khoi.

Speaking at the opening of the Conference, Colonel Hoang Van Binh emphasized the need for businesses to strictly comply with legal regulations in the production and trading of fire protection vehicles, equipment and services.

At the conference, MSc. Hoang Vu Tuan Anh - Testing expert, Fire Prevention University shared with businesses about some issues to note in applying fire resistance test results, and discussed with businesses about their experiences in the actual construction process. Mr. Hoang Anh Giang - Deputy Director of Construction Structures - Institute of Construction Science and Technology - Ministry of Construction shared in depth about the implementation of QCVN 06:2022/BXD revised 1:2023 National technical regulations on fire safety for houses and buildings.

Closing the conference, Head of PC07 Department of Hai Phong City Police - Colonel Hoang Van Binh said that the conference is an opportunity for the Fire Prevention and Fighting Police Department to provide more detailed instructions for businesses to understand the content of the regulations on Fire Prevention and Fighting and Rescue, and at the same time, it is also an opportunity for PC07 Department of Hai Phong City Police to grasp the difficulties and problems of businesses when applying the legal regulations on Fire Prevention and Fighting and Rescue. Colonel Binh hopes that businesses operating in the field of Fire Prevention and Fighting and Rescue in Hai Phong will develop even stronger, meeting the scale and speed of socio-economic development of Hai Phong city.
