HFC-227ea (FM-200) gas fire extinguishing system
HFC-227ea (FM-200) gas fire extinguishing system is a type commonly used in Vietnam, calculated according to TCVN 7161-9. The fire extinguishing agent is contained in a gas cylinder in liquefied form and compressed with nitrogen to a pressure of 25 bar. This is a clean, colorless, odorless gas fire extinguishing agent, safe for humans, non-conductive, and leaves no residue after discharge. HFC-227ea (FM200) fire extinguishing gas self-disperses completely after a period of time after discharge, does not cause damage to electrical and electronic equipment, suitable for class A, B and HA fires. HFC-227ea (FM-200) charging system from 25 to 80 bar.
The SMS-227 system at S-TEC VINA company uses HFC-227ea (FM-200) fire extinguishing gas, which is quality tested by the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department according to the regulations in Decree 79/ND-CP.
N2 gas fire extinguishing system
N2 gas fire extinguishing system (SNS IG-100) includes N2 gas cylinders compressed at a pressure of 200 bar/ 280 bar/ 300 bar at 15 degrees C. The system is designed and calculated according to TCVN 7161/ NFPA2001/ Kfi.
Ni2 gas fire extinguishing system uses 5.1L STV-P5L activation cabinet to activate IG-100 nitrogen cylinder, FM-200 cylinder pressure activation valve, or zone selection valve. At the same time, it is used to activate gas discharge alarm through the discharge gas pressure switch. The activation cabinet is placed in a steel box and pre-assembled at the S-TEC VINA factory.
S-TEC VINA provides N2 (IG-100) gas cylinder refilling service for customers after use, in accordance with the manufacturer’s procedures. In particular, free IG-100 (N2) gas refilling for projects using products provided by S-TEC VINA.
